All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. The primary operating currency of ew8 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where deposits are made in cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing conversion rate at the time the transaction is credited to your Account.
Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event. ew8 offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and a wide range of other sporting events. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and Match Result markets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport.
In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play, bets may be voided and stakes returned, in accordance with the applicable sport rules. ew8 reserves the right to void any bet where a result cannot be determined or where there is evidence of irregular activity surrounding the event.
Live casino games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo) are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game rules at the time of disconnection. Where a round result cannot be determined, the stake will be returned.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ew8 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Accounts at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ew8 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ew8 support via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance.
